[It will be immediately obvious upon return that SOMETHING has happened in Luceti while the draftees were gone, judging by the debris everywhere, the damaged buildings, and the slight remainders of the flooding. The fact that there are returning draftees who need medical attention as well only serves to compound the chaos, but if nothing else, there should at least be some joyful reunions at this time.
