sadly, sanji vetoed the maid costume
Who: Everyone who works at Seventh Heaven
What: Staff meeting!
When: Afternoon of Sunday, July 1
Where: Seventh Heaven
Summary: As previously mentioned, it's time for all the employees of Seventh Heaven to get together and have some time to talk. Team building. Bonding.Complaining about Sanji's language Whatever.
Rating: This would be the weirdest staff meeting ever if sex or violence were involved. There will probably be swearing, though, considering who will be there.
It took a while, but Yukito finally persuaded Sanji that getting all the staff together for a meeting really might be a good thing. Or maybe Sanji just doesn't care enough to say no. Whichever it is, this afternoon Seventh Heaven is closing its doors for a couple of hours so that the staff can socialize without being interrupted by work.
There really isn't much on the agenda for the actual meeting meeting, unless someone wants to bring up a suggestion or complaint or something, but everyone is encouraged to stick around and talk once it's over. To this end Yukito has set up a table with some food and drinks, because, well, Yukito believes that food is always welcome, and they are sort of in a restaurant. Sanji gets to run the meeting, though, so go to it, boss.
[[ooc: I figure there will be one main thread for the meeting part (since I don't expect that will take a lot of time) and then people can wander and mingle in their own threads if they'd like. Let's give everyone a chance to talk to people they work with!]]

Thank you Sanji, you look very well yourself.

But I do hope you're enjoying yourself, at least!

[Certainly much more laid back compared to her regular job.]
It's also a good way to find out about new foods. Most of the things on the menu are foreign to me.

[She gives a little shrug, easy and a little more relaxed compared to when he'd first hired her.]

What sort of food do you have in your world?

I love seafood. We never had much of it in the College so it was always something of a treat.

Ever had seafood pasta, Sabriel-chan?
no subject
Not yet.

Goes pretty damn good with black tea, too.

Have you always liked to cook?

Never thought about that, before. [It's hard pinpointing a start to when he began cooking. He just always has, it seems like]

I think my mom liked to cook. [He thinks because he doesn't really know anymore. He doesn't remember the woman's face] And I spent a lot of time watching her - especially when she was making bread.
My first time cooking was probably when she let me knead the dough for the first time.

I never got the chance to cook when I lived with my Father. When I started living at the College there was no need or opportunity for me to learn more than the basics.

The College?

[Sabriel recites from memory and gives Sanji a small, almost embarrassed smile.]
I've lived there since I was five.

So it's sorta like a place for schooling?
